Adjusted Testing Rubric?
The test will consist of a match.
If the participant quits at anytime during the test, he or she automatically loses that duel and you continue onto the next game (if required)
You must screenshot what you side, and give the link to the tester at the end of the match.
Banned decks:
Alternate Win Condition | Burn | Mill
Tester's Deck:
Testee's Deck:
Win:Loss 0:2 = 0/25
1:2 = 5/25
2:1 = 20/25
2:0 = 25/25
Main Deck Construction = /15
{How well the Main Deck is built}
Side Deck Construction = /5
{How well the Side Deck is built. No side = 0}
Extra Deck Construction = /5
{How well the Extra Deck is built}
Use of Cards = /20
{How well they use their deck to get the best out of it}
Siding = /5
{How well did they side to counter your deck. No side = 0}
Mistakes = /5
{How often did they make visible mistakes. 5/5 for no mistakes}
Knowledge of own deck = /10
{Did they appear to understand the potential of their own deck}
Knowledge of opponents deck = /10
{Did they appear to understand the potential of your deck}
Tester must give reasoning behind behind their chosen grade for each topic, Full Marks means perfect, not pretty decent.
Match Results: /100
Entrance Exam Boundaries:
Slifer Red = 0-64
Ra Yellow = 65-89
Obelisk Blue = 90-100

(I find this far if you dc in a duel it should be considered a loss for that round)
Banned decks:
Alternate Win Condition | Burn | Mill
(again fair no skill is shown in any of the listed decks)
Tester's Deck:
Testee's Deck:
Win:Loss 0:2 = 0/25
1:2 = 5/25
2:1 = 20/25
2:0 = 25/25
(Whys the difference between winning 2 duels and 1 such a big difference? imo it should be 1:2 = 5/25 2:1 = 15/25 and 2:0 = 25/25 not an important change but just saying.)
Main Deck Construction = /15
{How well the Main Deck is built}
Side Deck Construction = /5
{How well the Side Deck is built. No side = 0}
Extra Deck Construction = /5
{How well the Extra Deck is built}
(The above 3 obviously make sense xD)
Use of Cards = /20
{How well they use their deck to get the best out of it}
(Isn't this the same as knowledge of own deck? Why not just make both worth 10 or cut 1 out? Doesn't really make sense to me honestly.)
Siding = /5
{How well did they side to counter your deck. No side = 0}
Mistakes = /5
{How often did they make visible mistakes. 5/5 for no mistakes}
(Again use of cards or knowledge of decks or even knowledge of opponents decks in the right situation so uh cut it out or...?)
Knowledge of own deck = /10
{Did they appear to understand the potential of their own deck}
Knowledge of opponents deck = /10
{Did they appear to understand the potential of your deck}
Tester must give reasoning behind behind their chosen grade for each topic, Full Marks means perfect, not pretty decent.
(Seems fair ppl do like to know wat they didn't do correctly or did correctly.)
Match Results: /100
Entrance Exam Boundaries:
Slifer Red = 0-64
Ra Yellow = 65-89
Obelisk Blue = 90-100
changes:
Take out mistakes and make knowledge of own deck and use of cards each 10 points? possibility add in creativity? I mean any1 can use something any1 can netdeck but its harder to build your own deck and learn the combos yourself? just my opinion and the side deck score its a bit harder trying to make a good side deck that can counter multiple things while being adaptable for the current meta and popular rogue decks so I recommend rising the score abit? Again just my opinion but I think the side deck is a very important part when your building a deck i've seen too many times ppl add cards they think would be good but in the end hurt there own deck as much or even more then the opponents.

^^^^^^ Adjusted Testing Rubric
I asked Alexis if I should make this post she said it was fine so if any1 has anything to add or change leave a post so the staff know what you think would be good choices and leave comments below if you think the current changes are needed or if your prefer the old rubric. I believe using this rubric will make it harder to get a higher dorm and your tester will be able to grade you more properly.
