Dr. Vellian Crowler's Resignation

Hello all,

Unfortunately Dr. Vellian Crowler has retired as Vice-Chancellor of GXDA and returned to his old account - Ulquiorra Cifer.

This means that we are missing a Vice Chancellor at the academy.

Which this role is not 100% necessary, it was great to have someone who was active during the hours that I was asleep and visa versa, with a very laid back attitude to moderating chat while still getting things done. He did a lot of work for the academy, whether was was testing/coding or just being nice to new members, he will be missed.

If this position is to be re-filled it would have to be by someone who could fit that criteria, which means we are looking for an American Candidate.
I will not be handing out this position of power with rash decisions, so the application process may take time, and it may come in stages.
I cannot see any immediate successors to the position, but hopefully you can change my mind.
