Tester's Deck: Phantom Knights with Dimensional Dragons (Xyz Dragon, Fusion Dragon and Synchro Dragon)
Testee's Deck: Legendary Dragons (Blue-eyes with the Graveyard dragons)

Win:Loss 0:2 = 0/20
I won both games but not through Sartyrs Lack of trying

Main Deck Construction = 13/15
I wouldn't grade the Main Deck as being perfect, But it did keep me on top of my game until I could stop his monsters.

Side Deck Construction = 8/10
The side deck is constructed fairly well, and the sidings made convinced me that Sartyr knew how to use the deck, despite him confessing it was his first competitive time using it.

Extra Deck Construction = 4/5
The extra deck is essentially a power house with protective effects as well as destructive effects, I'd say it needs a few smaller power houses but working these into Blue-eyes would be difficult.

Creativity = 4/10
This deck is a very common deck, the only thing that I can see that seems different to the usual form of these decks is card trooper and Some of the Galaxy-Eyes cards.

Use of Cards = 15/20
Sartyr used his cards effectively and had control at some parts of the game.

Mistakes = 8/10
Sartyr only made one mistake I picked up on and that was using his Alternative dragons effect twice in one turn whilst I had Dark Requiem XYZ Dragon out. The reason this was a mistake is because I had set wing in the previous turn after searching my deck for it and had no cards in hand. Combining this with the effect of Requiem, I could protect my monsters.

Knowledge of opponents deck = 7/10
Sartyr learnt the potential my deck had from the first match where it was able to use all 3 basic Dimension dragons. He then adjusted his deck appropriately to try and take over.

Full Marks means perfect, not pretty decent.

I think that you should take more time to assess the situation's that the testee may be stuck in and then deduct the mistake points based on that. However, you did relatively well. I approve and am waiting for an admin to second it.
