Testers based on skill and ethics

Testers based on skill and ethics
Many of our testers lack the dueling skill to properly evaluate duelists which places many people in dorms above their skill level. Also another issue with out testers some of them lack any ethics and simply abuse the system and do whatever they please. We should choose testers based on their dueling skill. We have someone who is established as being one of our better duelists test people for the position as tester instead of having any and all staff members test members. Testers don't necessarily need to have their own color group we can simply have list of current testers and retest them every other month to makes sure they still qualify for the spot. Or we could create new group for testers, it really doesn't matter.

Re: Testers based on skill and ethics
Completely agree 100%
We shall Edit the Rubric with a list of eligible testers as well as making a separate topic for it.
3 issues I have is:
The testers must be staff to test.
Who do we keep as eligible tester
and the 3rd, is that we can't force people to test, They must apply for moderator position, this way they agree to testing and we can decide if they are good enough.. this may mean we lack enough testers.
