1) (Deck Construction) So, without a list, it's difficult for me to judge a deck. I cannot give you recommendations as to how to improve your engine, besides run a performapal engine, because that works with everything level 4 if you can dodge the solemn strikes/ warnings.
2) (Ability) Game 1, I bricked really hard, you opened up with honor ark. You probably should have used bottomless on the Scepter, so I couldn't make the Deltaros play. Game 2, you pointed out yourself, which is why I give you the extra 2 points in ability. This match however, did not display any real ability as to what you may or may not have. You did not use the Vylon effect, which could boost your monster further.
3) (Rulings) You asked if Herald can stop Solemn Warning. I literally couldn't make that play by game mechanics, as Solemn Warning is a counter trap, and the only thing that can stop a counter trap is another counter trap.
