What WE Need to get this academy rolling!

This is a checklist of things that I feel that we need as an academy before we start recruiting and opening this place up properly:

• A complete Administrative staff: We still don't have a Fonda or a Banner, once we have all 5 this place can run a lot smoother
  
• At least 2 more moderators, we need to make sure we are in a position where there is at least 1 moderator on in th 18 hours academies are most active
  
• An ACTIVE base, we have a decent amount of members but you guys need to be on more, even though it's not active yet, recruiting into an empty academy isn't the best, and the more people on to build an atmosphere the faster we can go forward
  
• A Jaden freaking Yuki, this is a GX academy and no one has gone for the name, I mean we dont have a Bastion or an Aster either, but Jaden? Come on guys!
  
• A Change of GFX for the main Banners, they are in need of an update as they aren't exactly ours and we can't be recruiting while their are inconsistencies

Ultimately this just requires getting a bigger base of active users by getting in people we know and like to fill in the last roles, and waiting on Crowler to bang these GFX's out, but we ARE close, just need you guys to be as active as possible! You can get on academies on your phone, utilise it!

The bigger the community, the more of a problem the lack of these are.

I recruited today and Zane was the only person on to test, people left without being tested, I think my point is pretty valid still
