First topic message reminder :

Here you can reply to this post to apply for one of the following roles here in the academy. You can find a guide to what each role represents here: https://gx-duelacademy.forumotion.co.uk/t1-academy-systems-staff-dorms-etc If you were looking for something along the lines of Event Organizer or War Chief or anything else similar that you have seen in other academies. We don't have specific groups for them, so If you would like to speak to an admin about this, feel free!

Role: Moderator

What I think the role of the moderator is: The Moderator is a person whose role is to lead a discussion,keeping order in the chatbox and check if everyone is respecting the rules,clearing the chat whenever it lags and to be sure that noone is spamming,testing the new member whenever he/she wants.But a moderator monitors the interchange of contributors and makes decisions regarding content and the direction of threads. Moving discussions from one section to another to keep topics organized is also a common job for a moderator.But if an admin or a person with a higher rank is around if not too serious a moderator should wait for the admin to make the decision but if not too serious and there is no admin around a moderator is allowed to make decisions by himself.

How active I will be at the academy:
I can be active for 2-4 hours at this academy during my school days,but I think that I can be even more active at times!

Why I should be a Moderator at this academy:

I am an experienced yugioh player,played this game for a really long time and was in so many yugioh communities,I was an admin once and a forum moderator in two academies,so I know how to decide in critical moments.
I am an active user,so I can check if everything is going smoothly.
I have been a tester in DN clans before at least 3 of the biggest ones.
If I get chosen to be a moderator I will do my best to place new members into their correct dorm and enforce the rules to the maximal level!

What I think the role of a Moderator is: The Moderators plays a central role in the development and successful implementation of a public forum. Their responsibilities include but are not limited to testing new members and keeping the chat and forum's content clean.

How active I will be at the academy: I'm able to get online on a daily basis for a decent amount of time. So I'd say I'll be pretty active.

Why I should be a Moderator at this academy: I think I'd fit for the rank because I'm a guy that doesn't really takes sides and is always focused on the task at hand. I'm also able to come online frequently during the day.

What I think the role of a Moderator is: Diffuse situations in that chat and check the forum for people breaking rules. Also not abusing power.
How active I will be at the academy: Everyday or so
Why I should be a Moderator at this academy: Prior experience on multiple different forums like VDA, ADA, MADA, etc. I don't really have anything else to add as to why I should be a moderator. But, let me ask this, is there any reason in your mind as to why I shouldn't be a mod? Thank you, and have a good day.

What I think the role of a Moderator is:

To be able to know the rules of the academy and to make sure all the rules are being followed along with being able to make sure that all content is appropriate.

To be able to know rulings and play at a high standard so that i may give all a fair test.

To be able to answer the call of responsibility when I am needed.

How active I will be at the academy:

I can be on whenever I am needed and can be accessible after work for about 5-6 hours.

Why I should be a Moderator at this academy:

1) I have been moderator at two other academies.
2) I can adjust to any problem- so I am reliable in any situation.
3) I am moderately intelligent ( enough to understand the academy morals and exactly how a mod is supposed to enforce them
4) I can follow orders awesomely, and when my opinion is needed I can also speak my mind.
5) I love people- so i dont disrepect them in chat( unless they call me a faggot) and I am able to resolve issues between people
