Last Action as Chancellor + Apology

Atticus Rhodes = Chancellor Sheppard
I have deleted the:
Accounts.
The colour scheme is still the same.
This means that people will know who is Admin.
Lelouch has been given chancellor, he will promote the other admins as he sees fit.
On a Side note, I'm gonna apologise for the way that I have acted in the past few days/week. It became a war between me and everyone else rather than a mutual understanding, a lot of you wont feel like you've insulted me or disrespected me, but that's the way I've felt. But granted I've overreacted and went power mad. And that's why I've stepped down.
If you have questions for me in particular at least leave it out of the chatbox.

Running 1 of the only active yugioh communities with the activity you get can be frustrating man, take it easy. I'll miss you in charge, you're one of the only owners I've seen who genuinely care about their place and members.
