My Plan of Action

As New Head Chancellor I don't plan on making an large changes to the academy as I believe my predecessor did a really good job at creating and setting up the academy, I do plan on making some minor changes after I discuss with the administration team I hope to create. My administration team will hopefully stay mostly the same as long as both Fonda and Crowler wish to remain as admins. I have already made Boo Ra Yellow dorm leader replacing the previous Sartyr. I have another pick to replace me as Slifer Red Dorm leader depending if the person chooses to accept their position. I plan on sharing my power and making many major decisions based on votes with the 5 admins instead of taking an authoritarian approach as I believe the team I hope to elect are a group of well minded individuals who want the best for GXDA. I hope to continue the events we have already set up prior to the new change in power once the Holidays are over.
