The Creation of all things(The Arrival) Chapter 3.

Mike walks over by Zane and looks over at the cards the Obelisk blue seems interested in. The Slifer Red the obnoxiously begins pointing out random cards the Obelisk should add into his deck. As Mike continues looking over the card collection in the shop. "Hmm, I just realized. I'm telling you to add all these cards but I don't even know what kind of deck you play."

"Who...who do you think you are! Just to let you know, I'm not interested in you. I'm just curious on what you have to say..." She took his hand and looked to her side.

Andrii smiled at Celeste as she looked away, what appeared to be nervously. He pulled her towards him and descended the steps to ground level while still holding her hand. "So Celeste" Andrii says glancing over at Celeste as they walk back towards the City Centre. "Have you heard of the 12 Spirit Monsters?"

"W-what kind of pick up line i-is that? You sir do not know how to flirt with women." Celeste shook her head

From her hotel room, Sofia heard a huge explosion. Spilling her nail varnish on the floor she darted to the balcony to see just a few streets away a billowing of smoke and people running away.. 'there's not smoke without fire' she thought, as she grabbed her duel disk and set off in the direction of the blast

Mike's eyes widen as shock waves run through his body and the sounds of explosions burst his ear drums. He immediately activates his duel disk and looks over at Zane. "Its those guys isn't?" He asks rhetorically before running outside to the town square.

Andrii stops walking, "You wanted a pick up line?" He said cheekily. "well that's a shame isn't it" He winked at Celeste and continued walking forward.
"A long time ago Celeste there were 12 Legendary Beasts, these beasts were used to rule the world way back when the game of Duel Monsters wasn't the card game we have grown up to know and love" he said that last word smoothly, glancing at Celeste. "However these monsters and their controllers ruled with an Iron Fist, and it wasn't until the very founders of GXDA locked the beasts away into stone tablets that were scattered all across the globe" He told the story with the passion the he heard from the Chancellor in the first place. "You know Celeste, this story could just be a myth. But I have reason to believe that it may just be.." Andrii is cut off by a huge explosion and a cloud of smoke emerging from the skyline. Andrii without thinking let go of Celeste's hand and made a run for the Area

Sofia arrives at the scene to see Mike and Zane face to face with the two duelists she saw in Russia... if it weren't for their disagreements during the duel she may not have been so lucky the first time! If they've ironed there differences out. who knows what could happen to them two. "Zane!" she called out making him aware of her presence

The stands speechless as Despair drops the decaying corpse of his fellow GXDA student. Never seeing a dead body before Mike's body couldn't handle it. Mike drops to his knees and vomits. "You monster" The teen exclaims while kneeling on the ground.

After a moment Mike lifts himself from the ground. His expression immediately becomes a lot more stern. Oozing with rage Mike raises his duel disk pointing it at Despair. Suddenly the spirit of the Dark Magician comes from his deck and tries to calm the Slifer Red. But Mike looks back at the spirit with blood thirsty eyes forcing the spirit to disappear. He sets his gazes back at Despair. "I will destroy you, you monster."

Andrii arrives, not checking back to see if Celeste had followed, his mind was on the safety of everyone else. When he arrived he saw Mike and Zane about to duel 2,.... 2... 2 He didn't even know what they were. their physical appearance while seemed human was far from it. it was as if you'd dug up two dead bodies possessed by a black sludge and decaying matter. it was revolting. He saw Sofia nearby, and ran up to her. Watching rather than saying anything

Mike ignores Zane's compliment. Still furious at Despair for ending so many innocent lives. The magician walks towards his defeated opponent and his friend who appeared out of nowhere. "Why did you do this!" The teen yells as he walks towards them.

Mike tries to struggle as he being dragged by Zane but he is too fatigued to put up much of a fight. "Let me go!" Mike yells. "I can't let them hurt any more innocent people, I have to stop them!"

Sofia watches as this all unfolds, not giving Mike a chance to argue she pulls him behind a wall and runs in the opposite direction "follow me!" she yells
